Opportunity for a mid-level structured finance lawyer to join this well-regarded and growing structured finance team within an international, silver circle firm.

The wider structured finance practice cover derivatives, capital markets and securitisation and we are working on roles with a particular focus in OTC derivatives and securitisation. Although these areas will be the focus, there will also be opportunities to get involved in more general structured finance work.

The team are looking for associates who have worked in any area of structured finance in the first few years of their post-qualified career and would also consider more general finance associates who are looking to specialise in structured finance.

The firm are open to seeing common law qualified associates for this role. Applicants from Australia and New Zealand will need 5+ years of post-qualified experience.
