The team are best known for their work in the private equity space so experience in PE would be advantageous. As well as covering a number of matters both in the UK and Europe, the team has a particular expertise in the Bermuda market.

Due to the nature of the firm, associates benefit from very high levels of responsibility and the firm pays top US rates.
