The team work across a broad range of funds work however, they are best known for their work across private fund formation and secondary matters. Associates can also expect to get involved with: Infrastructure funds, real estate funds & funds of funds representing some of the best-known and dynamic financial sponsors.

The team are looking for associates who have experience across private funds & fund formation as well as experience advising sponsors on a variety of investment management matters.

The firm are open to seeing common law qualified associates for this role. Applicants from Australia and New Zealand will need 3+ years of post-qualified experience.
